Payment in full is due prior to being officially confirmed as a Summer Spark participant and receiving access to the Summer Spark scheduling system for session sign-up. As this event has a capped enrollment, refunds due to inability to attend may be requested but are not guaranteed once payment has been made. Any refund requests should be emailed to summerspark@usmk12.org, and refunds will be made only if we are able to fill your spot with someone on our wait list or another paid attendee. Approved refunds and amounts would follow this schedule:

• Cancellation prior to May 15, 2019 – 100% refund (pending new attendee for spot)
• Cancellation from May 16 to June 16, 2019 – 100% refund, less $50 administrative fee (pending new attendee for spot)
• Cancellation after June 16, 2019 or no-show – no refund

For educators who are planning to make payment by check from their school or district, you must notify University School of Milwaukee of your intention at summerspark@usmk12.org and we will provide you with a special registration access code. Your spot will not be guaranteed until payment (or an official school or district purchase order) has been received. If you will be attending with other educators from your school or district, please also let us know if the check would be for multiple attendees, and also provide their names.

We expect that Summer Spark will reach its capacity for attendance. Should this occur, a wait list will be developed. Wait-listed individuals would be offered a spot at Summer Spark on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when they were added to the wait list.
